(Though for ST's, keep in mind that Techniques ARE Brawls secondaries that are more expensive than the original Talent/Skill) DHX Chi rules: For every 2 Chi points spent, you loose 1 Health level. Chi regains at the rate of 1 point per 4 hours rest. 1 point per 2 hours meditation. This also restores the lost health level. (NOT attack damage levels) One can roll Stamina dif 9 to access the "extra" chi beyond your Virtues ratings. Character must roll Conscience dif 8, failure indicates loss of one point in Humanity/Path. Using Chi in this manner consitutes loss of 1 health level.
